I don’t prefer if someone joining in sap as a contract employee they treat you very badly they don’t even respect you the way they give respect to the housekeeping onrolls it’s okay but don’t join as a contract worker

Absolute worthless senior management. If you are old timer you are assured of being in senior management No place for merit Squeeze culture- All benefits removed. Dont get fooled by the offer letter Lot of retaliation type petty childish culture by old timers You dont have a voice in this company. You just have to accept what old timers want Zero onsite, only remote work. No sane person will join this company There is no future if you work here. You are squeezed and then thrown. Well not much, may be the flat structure is a plus. But this means no growth at all in terms of promotion.

Poor management, poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.
