Only few policies of SAP are good like Car lease, free good food, flexben

Dislikes

Company culture, Too much politics in teams, frequent organization changes, Management do not communicate anything properly, confused management.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
