Exposure to live projects and client interaction is a key part of our training program, and we are pleased that you value this aspect. Learning and working with multiple technologies is essential for growth, and we are happy you recognize this opportunity. Regarding work-life balance, we acknowledge the importance of maintaining a healthy balance for our employees. While certain projects may require additional effort and time, we make every effort to manage workloads effectively and minimize extended working hours. Our goal is to foster a supportive work environment that values the well-being of our employees. We encourage employees to discuss workload concerns with their manager or the HR department so that appropriate measures can be taken. These discussions are taken seriously, and actions are taken accordingly. Our leave structure has evolved over time to provide a more competitive and balanced allocation of paid leave for our employees. Regarding your concerns to address extended working hours, we’ve already implemented flexible timings, a half-day on Saturdays, and one work-from-home day each month. To ensure employees are fairly compensated for their extra efforts, we offer compensatory offs for any work done due to client requirements or escalations. Depending on the time spent working, employees can avail themselves of either a half-day or full-day comp off.
