Sanctuary Insurance Company is a small organisation were one gets to learn more and be hands on in decision making through the democratic structure in the system. There is a lot of team work involved and training structures are fair. There is quite a good room for growth since one gets to be hands on at all levels.

Dislikes

Salary Appraisal There is less travel with the organisation

Work Details

Boring, Not Challenging enough

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
