No proper trainings and management. Manager level people resigns every 3-4 month's. so there is continuity in leadership, no decision making, decease employees moral. Management will change their policy without informing there employees. No appreciation for the work.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
