Likes

I enjoy working at the Samta Foundation because of the meaningful work and the positive impact it creates. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in the management structure to better support the team and achieve our goals more efficiently.

Dislikes

The management team could improve its decision-making processes and overall coordination. This would help in creating a more effective and supportive work environment for the team
