-Unhealthy company culture perpetuated by new HO policies in 2024 - Lack of transparency and fairness in employee settlements - Regional team's unresponsiveness and disregard for employee concerns *Specific Incident:* After resigning, I was not paid my full FNF settlement despite sending reminders. The regional HR team ignored my queries.

I am proud to working in Loard Krishna's Orgnation and work to social services to food provided to govt school children's and make smiles on it faces so i fell happy to work with The Akshayapatra Foundation. Salary is good and credit on time, Hr sir is very good and cooperative, always stand with all employee

I have been working in this Institution since 14 years now, related to subject above I am sharing my own experience here, being a loyal employee there is a thing which I really dislike. There are no fix parameters of growth, everything is so uncertain. Nobody knows what exactly one can do to get growth in career. Sometimes it depends on you boss if he/ she likes you then no one can stop you but if the situation is opposite then remember your God for help.
