Bahut sare khasiyat hai goonj Sanstha mein yahan per bahut sari chijen sikhane ko milati Ha yahan per ek parivarik mahaul bhi milta hai aapko sath mein kam karne ke liye bhi maja aata hai aur aapko log madad Bhi karte Hain Jahan per aapko samajh mein nahin aata jo bahut sare ngo mein dekhne ke liye nahin milta hai

Goonj ngo mein aise to koi Kami nahin hai yahan bahut sare aisi chij hai explore karne Ko milta hai jab aapko अलग-अलग gaon mein kam karne ke liye bheja jaaye to aapko pata chalta hai ki aapki bhi paristhiti se jo bhi aapko lagta hai ki Kami hai usse Bhi jyada kamyab ko dekhne ke liye milta hai yahan per alag hi Sarkar ka aapko sikhane ka mauka milta hai

Work enviroment of goonj is excellent. Teams are too much supportive. Saftey, security, team management, is good. They give good salary hike and bonus every year. Overall the experience of working in Goonj has provided tremendous improvement in my overall personality.

I am working with goonj 2 year and they environment was excellent.Team leader are very supportive and motivational about the work. Company policies are nice. They give good salary and best thing they give High bonus every year. Goonj give me a opportunity to build career.
