Higher management of Odisha cluster can be more helpful towards low level employees. Not just to address the work but also helping us & motivate us to complete the tasks. Also not paid us as much as we work with high pressure in between the correct period.

Lack of Communication from Senior management, Nepotism and Favouritism, Lack of trust. A bad work environment that affects employees by making them feel demoralized that leads to stress, depression anxiety and feelings of burnout. This takes a toll on employees mental health at workplac e and they are also not thriving in their personal lives either. Common behaviours include constant bullying, yelling, manipulating, body shaming and belittling. Employees cannot speak out or share their feedback with senior management as they feel its not going to help or the management is keen to take any action. On paper Policies are good but when employees want to follow senior management has lots of issue with it. There is no Job Security and if you spend some years and your Salary comes to a good level because of yearly increment they start creating problems with different kind of harassment like fault finding, transfer etc so that that senior employee leave and they find somebody new at less salary & who will follow their instructions as it is without caring Policies which is formed to show outside world because they are taking donation to run the programme.
