Lack of Communication from Senior management, Nepotism and Favouritism, Lack of trust. A bad work environment that affects employees by making them feel demoralized that leads to stress, depression anxiety and feelings of burnout. This takes a toll on employees mental health at workplace and they are also not thriving in their person al lives either. Common behaviours include constant bullying, yelling, manipulating, body shaming and belittling. Employees cannot speak out or share their feedback with senior management as they feel its not going to help or the management is keen to take any action.
