Job Description :-

• The role involves building a team, expanding the existing donor pipeline, maintaining strong donor relationships, and designing an overall strategy for effective fundraising.
• Lead and build high-level strategic partnerships with Corporates, foundations in the region with TAPF growth-strategy.
• Work closely with the head of the fundraising to build and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy to support TAPF programs in the region.
• Working with others, in a team environment, receiving and providing feedback, contributing to the teams success
• Past experience working in a similar capacity at a regional level
• Good Experience in proposal development, contract management/ financial reporting for donors, trusts and foundations.

Others :-

• Postgraduate degree level.
• 10-15 years total experience with at least 8 years' experience in managing teams, mentoring staff, and managing partnerships with Indian and International donors and other stakeholders
• Good understanding of development sector.
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills Required and other computer literacy and able to work in Microsoft environment, with strong skills in MS Excel.
