Job Title: HEAD FUNDRAISING AND STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
Reports to: THE PRESIDENT
Location: BANGALORE
Introduction:

Through action driven coalitions around key themes such as ease of doing business, access to finance, MSME acceleration and more, we hope to develop an ecosystem that encourages and enables entrepreneurship. They works collaboratively with private players, government bodies, philanthropic partners, and community- based organizations to ensure sustainable, scalable, and inclusive economic growth.
One of the key focus areas of the organisation is to engage in field-based ecosystem building and collaboration with alliance partners for deployment of Green / clean energy solutions to enable growth of existing entrepreneurs and create new entrepreneurs

Reason for the hire:
The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic alliances that amplify organisation's impact, build its global network, and enhance its resource base. You will develop and execute fundraising strategies, build strong relationships with potential and existing donors, and align their objectives with donor priorities. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic alliances.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align fundraising with organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Data-driven approach to measuring fundraising performance and impact reporting.
- Familiarity with CSR regulations, donor compliance, and financial management in the nonprofit space.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Development Studies, or MBA is highly desirable.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management & alliances with at least 3-5 years' experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale funding from philanthropic organizations, corporates, and institutional donors.
- Experience in engaging with HNIs, national and international foundations, and CSR of having worked in a direct fundraising and partnership role.
