work culture is good but not the best.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Appraisal process is not on time, and also less appraisal hardly 5% if you are a good performer. If they loose one client, they won’t help you for further interviews at all. They will ask you to put down the papers.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
