Worst company ever. They hire only for contractual basis. You will be working on a third party role here. They use to make you work like for more than 12 hours a day. No work life balance. No flexible work timings. No job security. Senior people mostly do partiality almost on everything. They want update on assigned task in each hour even if we tell them we are working on. They won't appreciate your work even if you give your 100%. They will torture you in every way possible. NO SUPPORT AT ALL FROM ANYONE. NO allowance for extra work done. If you go for a planned leave they would immediately ask you to cancel the leaves in order to fulfill their work. Here people are of cheap mentality. This place is full of politics and they focus on it more than to provide help of some sort in your work. It would be better jobless than working in this retarded place. Never join any project of saksoft I am working on there clinet CIBIL worst people ,worst team, 9am to 8 pm work timing . 3 year people will be rule 5 year people saying we are senior you have to listen us. Manager and old employee wil make your life hell . Every hour they will ask you update for unrealistic task. Project setup needs so many tricks to run so they did not share tricks with you and tourture you ,you have experince ,you should know how to run spring mvc spring batch application. If you ever been to their desk they will look at you like you are creature or allien .be a jobless bot never join saksoft any project .there will be so many bluf wrong promises they give .5 days working they told us 2 days a week or else in month 5,6 days you can go....Read More
