Every bit of it. Especially the behaviour part. 1)Executives doesn't know an iota of basic corporate ethics, it's worst than any fish market. And this goes with senior executives especially. No manners at all, utter slavery. Every guy loses his temper and you gotta act accordingly, if not, I am sure these guys can raise their hand as well. I have legit seen other org resources having dedicated meeting just to address the curse words Sagility executives have used with them. 2) No timings followed, you get a call every now and then, Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. Very bad company, very toxic environment. Nothing for learning. Manager and other team member’s behaviour is not good. Only those people can survive who is having in relation with vp close friend.

Dislikes

People are very rude , senior managers humiliate employees, shout and misbehave. They act like they are superior n who joined does not have knowledge. You will be suggested to unlearn your previous experience. Very bad company

Poor treatment of employees, freshers are treated badly by team leads as well as mangers after joining the floor , transportation is also a big issue,lot of cab delays and no male employee to accompany u when u return late in the cab , fights in cab due to drivers are forced to drop certain people early even if it's our first stop ,transportation team does not care not matter how much we complain and s a female if we want sanitary pads we have to use a small 5 rs coin only then we can use them , if not we should struggle in that state only , tls and manager literally treat u like salves, I worked here as a fresher for 6 months , at first hr's act good with u and u might think it's a good company but it's not, I request all the freshers to not join this company, don't start ur career from this company because in the end u will learn nothing and just end up having anxiety and stree related problems, no proper job skills are taught u will just waste ur time here working for them for a salary which might get reduced of u take even sick leaves ....Read More
