Only shift timings is ok for me

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low compared to the other outsourcing company. Making employees to work on Sundays and even festival holiday. If we are working OT, the amount which they are giving for OT is too less.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
