It is advisable to join this organization only if you have connections (Friends & Relatives) among senior management, otherwise, remaining unemployed may be a better option. 3. Offshore management lacks influence over key management decisions and dont have any say. 4. The company policies regarding leaves, insurance and other matters needs improvement. 5. HR appears to be more focused on unwanted conversations or wasting time, often neglecting to address employee concerns. 6.
