It's a 4 people company. If you try to enquire they will lie you. Company does not have any ERP or practice to use XLS. They still depend on paper files. Some of the pages are to be hand written. Everybody is supposed to remember things. Increments happen once in 3years. They are good on negotiation. So don't ask for higher salary. Their business is going down. They chose poor suppliers with poor fabric quality. Moreover deliveries are late by one month . So business is going downhill. So unless you are in deep trouble don't join this firm....Read More
