This is an government organisation just like C.P.W.D., P.W.D., IRRIGATION, etc. All the things are similar to other government organisations.

Dislikes

The opportunity and career growth in a government organisation take too much time but surety of course.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
