I am not even able to find any positives here.

Dislikes

This company is a total fraud. There is not even a proper hierarchy in this organisation. I had joined this company to enhance my skill in process engineering but I don't think that it was a good idea. It doesn't even comply with the government policy for labours. There is no work life balance. They make rules according to their ownneed. Dictatorship would be a good term to define the person who is running this office....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
