Only one thing ... It was very near to my place.

Poor management, infrastructure was pathetic, no proper admin and HR department, overall it's not a good place to stick with the organization.

Good place for freshers to learn what a professional life is like, what to and not to do. It is not a place build a future. Employees do not get enough opportunities for growth. Not much to be expected from a small establishment .

Dislikes

Management is judgemental. Treats the office like a school. Not a comfortable environment, idiotic rules. Peanuts in terms of incentive from extraordinary expectations. Often you will hear demeaning words from supervisors.

Well when I joined , I got to understand,the different ways you have to behave and control impulses. Work about and together to resolve issues, even those you can't stand with a smile on your face because work comes first .WFM was the worst.
