Employee exploitation, Not paying salary on time Deduction of salary for late coming of 15 to 20 minutes and no payment for daily overtime working Expectation of employers is that the employees should work for the whole week even on Sunday Whereas lunch provided by employers if worked on Sunday has got a budget of 100 rupees. Infrastructure of the office is terrible AC's are just for the name sake its just attached in the office but never work....Read More
