Employee exploitation, Not paying salary on time Deduction of salary for late coming of 15 to 20 minutes and no payment for daily overtime working Expectation of employers is that the employees should work for the whole week even on Sunday Whereas lunch provided by employers if worked on Sunday has got a budget of 100 rupees. If by your luck you get supportive colleagues. You can save yourself from management. Otherwise there is no senior management to teach or guide you.

Dislikes

Boss shouts from 4th floor you will heard it from ground floor. Management is like group of politicians just act like wolves of Boss. Boss is babbar sher, when in morning enters the office shouts like Gabbar. Your one wrong word will hurt his ego, than he will curse you like Rishi muni. No respect for articles. Every 2-3 months new faces comes and work , like Rambharose Hotel

Since this was my first job, I was involved in multiple departments for learning purpose from MIS Recording, accounting, Direct-Indirect Taxation to company and statutory Audits, concurrent audits etc.
