Everyday banking we can learn new things and new process migration happens everyday .Friendly place to work . Work place is awesome and friendly place for women to work.

At the beginning it was difficult to understand process . Then I was been supported and trained by team members . I was been rewarded for the same .I was the first person to implement the yes check policy which reached throughout the uk .

RBS is a great workplace for freshers, those people who wants to start their career in the UK banking operations. As a freshman a person wants job security, great learning and work-life balance, and TBS gives you everything.

Dislikes

One things, I personally don't like about RBS is the growth perspective. For freshers it's good but for experience staff, RBS isn't the place where you get the best pay scale for sure. I also depends upon the domain you are working in but my personal experience is in operations, and pay isn't good in Operations.

I am a Fraud Analyst under Personal and Business Banking division. I work on the process called Frauds and Chargeback,.where we work on the fraudent transactions on customers debit card.

Job Security is 100%. Company never fire you not at the time of inflation too. When all the international companies fired or compel them to leave the job. RBS gives training to their employees so that they can grow within the company. That's the best Part. And also, its working environment is very good and friendly. Professionalism & also friendly culture. Great learning, exposure and independence to the employees.

Dislikes

Everything is good but only one thing is negative about the RBS. Their growth of salary & appraisals is very slow in the management and operational departments. This is the only reason maximum people left the company, if it can be improved then this company will surely come to world's number 1 company in each perspective.
