Company policies are good but india management is not at all flexible. And they try always for a grip on people than giving flexibility. But Onshore mgmt is much better which is a good thing.

Dislikes

India managers are not good here because they don't care how hard you work but they only try how to take control of their subordinates and how to supress them by not giving the flexibility. You get very minimal support from them and very less benefits.

No work life balance full of work always but you need to take a strict call on timings. Or else you will be stretching everyday.
