Job security was good, Work culture was excellent, Management was good, Company policy also good.

Dislikes

Teammates were excellent and also i miss them. Training was good, Job security was good, Salary was low, Travel was far away from home, I don't know about politics learning, Work environment was good.

Work Details

Actually this is my 1st job, 1st company and 1st opportunity. I learned lot of stuffs and really enjoyed working there. And i really missed my colleague. And really it was close to my heart. Thankyou.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
