The students are really helpless

Everything- this is a home grown schools - No respect for teachers , no HR, no HR policies, they deduct money when they want and deduct holidays when they want, they call teachers on sundays and call them till 9pm in the night during exams .no summer vacation salary for teachers, meaning one month without pay . There are no rules , hostel students are beaten up by the director with a belt and physical torture is common, hotel students are not given enough food and what ever is given is bad quality or with cockroaches .students are awarded mark easily in final exams , by the orders of the principal weak students are moved to the library and are allowed to cheat openly because parents ask for improvements. Schools treats people very respectful. Interacting with students makes me soo happy.

Not working in very professional way. But they have their own system. That was good I don't know much about that.
