Work timing and Mode of working is flexible. Onshore staff is good and polite. Fixed working hours except peak time or business requirements.

Dislikes

Less salary satisfaction,No appreciation on extra and good work, Work environment worst, Chennai office politics is worst. Bonus and perks benefit payment cycle are worst. Management will not listen and understand employee problem. Employee Exit policy is more worst. The reason for me to stay longer at Roc is due to personal reason

Your opinions on process improvements are respected hugely regardless of your position in the company. The senior management is very open to new product improvements , innovation or innovations

Dislikes

Hierarchy. Chain of command sometimes could be complex and you would get negative feedback based on KPIs from people who don’t have complete understanding over your role or work closesly with you and they are not your in-line manager.
