No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
