There are multiple things I like about working here. I'm part of the design team and some points may reflect the respective perspective. To summarise, in order of personal importance; 1. I highly value the trust and honesty in my relationships with my manager and team members. It's a bonus to me that I can be transparent and align my work with my principles. 2. I like how our team welcomes criticism constructively. Driven by open and fun communication that aims at either growing the team or the individual. ALWAYS. 3. I like the emphasis on results over long hours. Our leadership encourages smart work, promoting autonomy and efficiency. There is a downside to this; that I will get to eventually. 4. The opportunity to expand my skills beyond my role and our culture of learning from both successes and failures are aspects I find enriching. 5. 1. By promoting autonomy in a remote work environment, I believe that the leadership tolerance for slackers should come down.
