One thing that I feel could be improved is the timing of the training sessions. The current slot from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM on Google Meet can feel a bit awkward and late in the day, especially after a full schedule. It would be really helpful if the sessios could be scheduled a bit earlier--this would make it easier to stay focused and engaged while also balancing other responsibilities.
