I like how our team welcomes criticism constructively. Driven by open and fun communication that aims at either growing the team or the individual. ALWAYS. 3. I like the emphasis on results over long hours. Our leadership encourages smart work, promoting autonomy and efficiency. There is a downside to this; that I will get to eventually. 4. The opportunity to expand my skills beyond my role and our culture of learning from both successes and failures are aspects I find enriching. 5. I admire the responsiveness of our leadership and HR to feedback, swiftly implementing changes in policies and guidelines when required.

Dislikes

1. By promoting autonomy in a remote work environment, I believe that the leadership tolerance for slackers should come down. I think it is on the higher side currently (mostly due to their own morals) We have high ownership levels and the people who misuse the remote work flexibility need to be dismissed to retain a high quality and reliability of delivery. 2. We meet once a year currently. I believe we can benefit from more than 1 in-person engagement.

1. I like how clear-headed my reporting manager had been. And he also happen to be the business head of the organisation. An organisation under such leadership can thrive any day under any circumstance. 2. They let you put your health first, but you have to ask if that is possible or can be worked out. They do actively listen to their employees. Just Don't overburn yourself and if noticed, management tries to ensure that.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance was off, as there was a gap in communication, Which lead to fear of judgement and all. I am pretty convinced that it is not the case for everyone, so personal opinion here. 2. Need of perfection is something that puts you off sometimes. Again not applicable to everyone. 3. I wish they believed that there is a learning process for everyone. And not everyone delivers under same guidance.

Likes

The Management, espically Nishat and Vishal, ensures, smooth operations, and the team culture is fantastic. One of the best things about working here si the abilltiy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While my focus fluctuated at times. I've been learning techniques to improve it, and many overall progress has been great. Since joining, I've learned a lot and I'm now looking forward to exploring more. Rmgx also encourage continuous learning and I recently discovered the learning benefits, which I find to be a great initiative. Work-from-home is a 10/10 for me as it helps me balance family time while continuing to grow professionally.

Sometimes too much work pressure. long working hours. But it is based on projects not for all projects. Having small team and un organized system.
