The timings of the company is flexible and not much pressure of work.

Dislikes

The company culture is very disgusting as everyone has ego problem and play politics every time. There are not much project in the company, only one or two projects are going on and the boss doesn't care about he only do gossiping and gossiping with everyone. just a time waste and value waste company with zero growth. They always tried to demotivate you and try to loose your confidence as much as they can, which results you can't join another company easily because as long as you work there you will going to dimotivated more and more and its take much time to overcome from this and join another one. They always try to play with mind....Read More
