There is no great thing to like about this company. All pathetic freak, sitting on management board of the company.

They call the candidates. Upon the candidates getting selected, they are called back again. And rejected due to their residence distance. The Indian board of director Mr.Pankaj Zanawar is a complete waste of time, he rejects the candidates because they stay far away and is not comfortable working with the people beyond Shivaji Nagar. Example: If anyone has come to Pune recently from other state, despite they telling him that they will be residing over here from now onwards, still he insists the people to go to their state back and find the work over there. Mr.Pankaj are you just a board of director of a mid-level company OR are you a politician? To ask people to go back to their state. Also, the questions asked or the statements passed by him are completely illogical and baseless (does not make any sense) Mr. Pankaj seems to be very demented in his words. The Russian directors/managers are absolutely good and reasonable. Please let the Indian Director lower his arrogance/attitude, it will be beneficial for the company on a long run.
