Very slow development and progress. Decision making takes too much time and not very logical at times. The contract period of 3 yesrs vs 5 years is confusing and doesn't provide any clarity to employees beforehand. The contract renewal terms are not clearly defined either.

Micro management , contractual agreements for 5 years only , Favouritism are the issue. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also. Organisation is asking to put resignation if employee's health is not good.
