REBIT is a subsidiary of a biggest institute that is RBI. And this is the only good thing about the organisation

Dislikes

Very poor management. The CEO is thoroughly confused and very dependent on others. He is like a headless chicken without the HR head and quite a few members from the HR. If you want to survive here then you just need to be obsequious or bootlicker. Terrible organisation. I just hope RBI conducts a thorough Personnel audit for this organisation. Much needed. Such a waste of time organisation.

Office politics, no growth if you are a senior.. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also.
