One of the worst companies that is out there, Employees dont have any growth option, management is clueless when it comes to employee performances and upskilling needs, minimal use of latest technology, and over all 2bit politics are rampant across. they have absolutely no preparedness in terms of BCP, neither the management wants to spend any resources towards employee satisfaction.

Two Bit politics are rampant, no employee satisfaction, management takes no initiative to employee growth.

Getting salary cut for more than 3 months is really disappointing, also the HR manager needs to be changed as the HR is meant to help the employees n the company but I see no help or understanding given to the employees.

There's not point of having anyone work there, they have ruined a lot of the things in trusting people who have been there in the system for the past 10 years. So the people whom you trust are the ones who bring you down. The higher up haven't realized it yet. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking a risk in joining that company. Not worth it. There should be some hierarchy as such. Everyone wants a piece of the pie and nobody in the end of the day wants to take the blame.
