This is one of the best companies in the market, especially for the female employees who are willing to hand over their children to their parents/in-laws and come to the office only to pass the time (i.e., Bench warming).
Dislikes
Visiting the office for the 1st time gave me a very good impression that how terrible the system is. At 11 AM, in the morning, where the productivity of the employees should be at its peak, each one of them is either watching movies over the phone or listening to music or munching chips, or having a grand feast. The so-called corporate company, where you can find all the senior managers/TL's using BUTLER ENGLISH to communicate during the professional calls/meetings/webinars/annual sales meetings. No scope for growth/learning. The trainer needs the training. Availing of the insurance facility is just a waste of money. Unkept promises about the incentives for the closed orders.
NOTE: A LANGUAGE IS A MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION. IT SHOULD BE USED IN SUCH A WAY, WHERE THE LISTENER SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE SPEAKER IS CONVEYING.

Work is like call centre, Hr told me that was support job but after training I came to know that was voice process. And when I left this company manager talk with me very rudely and didn't give my salary also
