Good company for starting career, Having great learning opportunities as you have to do multiple works beyond the assigned work, Job security is great, once in a year Team Outing is also good thing there

Branch wise culture, Main branch is average but there is lot of politics in few branches like Kolkata, Branch admin in Kolkata branch only prefer his favourite person, gives great hike to his favourite person only, he is having great ego problem in every matter. If you resign then he become worst person, even from then he will startto hold salary until 45days after leaving. HR team also irresponsible, they do what they want and works very slow.
