If someone is new to share market then he/she can get basic knowledge about it

Dislikes

No employee appreciation, No proper training, Management and branch manager does not care about you, No proper office space, Product are sold at very high rate, Management can use offensive language and HR does not have control over it, Hiring and firing is very frequent, Poor research team hence the ground level employees can suffer because of it, Incentives are not received timely

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
