Job security is almost there unless you do a big mess. Work culture varies from plant to plant and solely depends on plant management team. Company provided accommodation at Township is very good for a bachelor.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Due to more stringent rules and regulations during covid times, a large no. of people have resigned. Company has not found replacement for these people and hence workload has been increased drastically on existing employees.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Initially I found it hard to cope up with my team but trust me, there is no rocket science in it. You learn more in the field than the books. Work life balance is almost good because we usually have 8:30 to 6 shift and sat, sun off.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
