Really had good work environment, job security and salary package. Got full support from the management during my tenure and independently handled the all activities EDP section.

My work was to maintain day to day activities of Computer section, E.R.P. development, Fortnightly Wages process of 5000 workers, Preventive of Computer Hardware, Maintenance of Foxpro based applications, User training, Hardware procurement etc.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
