1. Management is immature and not inclined to learn demands of UAE Oil & Gas industry but show desperation in securing business. 2. Business Ethics, Engineering Quality / Planning, Human Values and Integrity are severely compromised . Engineering / Project managers say it is not a democracy here. They scream at senior qualified Engineering Leads [i.e., Project Managers screaming at Leads cause humiliation in front of subordinates - Dangerous health hazard , could kill individuals with pre-existing illnesses]. 3. Discriminatory treatment of experienced professionals due to ignorance of UAE Law. 4. Retaliation from management on individuals who raise concern on above like termination.
Advice to Management
1. Badly need reorganized structure with administrators . Introduce experienced Qualified professionals meant for CONSULTANT BUSINESS to Value the Engineering Needs of UAE Market , and administrate accordingly. 2. Improve a Lot on Ethics, Safety and Human Values 3. Top management need to be educated on work place safety and professional methods to handle crisis....Read More
