Good HR policy,Flexible working hours, a great career opportunities, no politics for performers, provide ample amount of time to nurture your skill set, learn new technologies (only if you are keen to) they provide you guide and experts even if you are experienced...overall a good place for fresher and experienced too...Most of all,senior management is always reachable to hear you with solution to your problem.....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing as such to be disliked but I believe that a esteemed organisation like Rave (A NPS company) could provide better and much sophisticated IT infrastructure like best systems to work on, better cubical etc..
