Raptakos is my first company after my studies. This is a family own business with NO HR, off course They have a personnel department only work to process salary and documents. If you have a good relationship with your senior you can do whatever you want.

Dislikes

I worked in Raptakos for five years but will not recommend you to join the company. There is no decentralization of powers only one-man show. No motivation
