Company gives good package.

Dislikes

Horrible company. Politics oriented company. They use filthy language and abuses Manager cader. Company will not do the settlement. All the power are given to ZSM who is cheap character person. No appraisal, no job security.

I was started my career as a fresher in raptakos the best thing in raptakos every 6months they provide traing it was amazing we have lernt so much about sciennce and compitator knowledge thats really helpful in future . And the comany brands are well know in market so easily grab the business with out much tence ..

Dislikes

Company they should do preminant after one year trainee period (depands upon their basic criterias) and the will provie some hike benfits every year on year like other comanys.

Because of the brands , i had started my carrer , but because of higher official politics , no growth for company.

Dislikes

Politics based higher officials. No security for lower end employee. No incremnets and cheating on CTC also.

Companys Dog working. 24 hours need to work. In mid night also they will ask formats to send by half hour.
