There used to be salry on time, but as of now, even OT is not being credited. This is factory going as low as possible.

Dislikes

No canteen, Long Travel, Compulsory OT/double shift, 100% manual operations, sometimes no water in toilets.. its pathetic. In short, Lala factory with big MNC type name to lure people. On average, 1 person resigns every month due to terrible/toxic working conditions. 8 people resigned within 6 months in 2024. Beware.

Very Bad work place. Mental harrasment work culture.plant management is good but higher management is bad. There is no any fix policy it will change as per time.12 hrs shift, No canteen facility.
