Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage services within the hospital. This includes managing the kitchen, cafeteria, patient meal services, and catering services for hospital events, ensuring that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards. The F&B Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality food services to patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining budgetary controls and adhering to hospital policies.
