No initiative by Management towards employee's development, Management changes policies on their mood and there is no fixed policy. Management doesn't listens to employees and keep forcing their decision

Nothing to like about this company. Take the ambition box reviews seriously. The glassdoor ones are mostly written by the management itself or are mostly written years ago.

The most unprofessional company you will work with. No job security, management is trash, managers are incompetent. You will only grow here if you nod your head and mine google or trip advisor reviews for them. You can go ahead and check their google pages. You will see no organic reviews. Everyone here takes feedbacks as grudges sothere is nothing called as open door policy. Only plus is wfh where you have to pay the price with your mental health. Here even managers don’t work together amongst each other so support is something you can expect from them. It is now not and american company but an “indianised version” of it.
