Best culture that I have personally seen so far, senior management is very friendly and supportive, always willing to support and listen despite their hectic schedule. Rally OurBus has a positive vibrant culture that attracts the best talent to produce extraordinary service and leads to happy customers, this company is full of self-driven folks who motivate you on a personal level :) The company strongly believes in empowering their employees who would turn into young leaders with their constant efforts, it's been 5+ years I have been associated with this company and they have always recognized my hard work, rewarded me, and given timely appraisals. It's like a dream come true and I am very satisfied.

Whosoever is here to check reviews just to be sure to join this company or not Then- Do not join this company pleassseeee!!!!!!!!!! Just forget all your family problems and money problems because these poeple will make you mentally harmed Do yourself a little favour and don’t join this company, full of illiterate, heartless, and biased people are here! No matter which department you are looking for in this organisation. Do not join!!!! If you don’t trust this review, then all the best buddy! Last thing but the cherry on the cake is- All people including HR members and Company owners are either blind or puppets. They don’t give a damn about anything issues of any employees. Few names for your knowledge- (I will disclose it very soon in my next review)

What not!! They will give you higher salary and booommmm!!!! You will be their slave ! Who must agree on every stupid thing ( this reviews and not even letting me write bad words but trust me this company deserve every bad word of this earth)

Nothing to like about this company. Take the ambition box reviews seriously. The glassdoor ones are mostly written by the management itself or are mostly written years ago.

Dislikes

... here takes feedbacks as grudges so there is nothing called as open door policy. Only plus is wfh where you have to pay the price with your mental health. Here even managers don’t work together amongst each other so support is something you can expect from them. It is now not and american company but an “indianised version” of it. I could go on and on with the torment I had to face here. Appraisals are never on time. They change it acc. To their moods so stay away from this company.

No initiative by Management towards employee's development, Management changes policies on their mood and there is no fixed policy. Management doesn't listens to employees and keep forcing their decision
